With more than 17 years of experience spanning government departments and private corporations, Clint is known for his ability to turn complex procurement and compliance challenges into practical, inclusive solutions that deliver measurable impact.
He has held senior roles at the Western Cape Government, City of Cape Town, and the V&A Waterfront leading high-value tender processes, supply chain governance, and supplier development strategies that unlock opportunities for businesses across sectors. His expertise extends across the full procure-to-pay lifecycle, BBBEE compliance & integration, contract management and access-to-market initiatives.
Clint holds a Master’s in Development Finance Stellenbosch Business School and Honours in Public and Development Management from University of Stellenbosch, as well an international qualification in procurement and business support. He is a systems thinker with a track record of enabling organizations to drive transformation, ensure compliance, and empower businesses to access supply chains.
