Brief Summary: Nwabisa is a specialist in public infrastructure finance with a particular
focus on social and economic infrastructure. My current role is that of Public Finance
Specialist and my role focuses on the development and implementation of the strategy
for the mobilisation of various sources of funding for project preparation and
infrastructure delivery. In addition, the role entails project preparation support, policy and advisory services, and
establishing partnerships to address South Africa’s need for a pipeline of bankable projects and financing the
public infrastructure investment funding gap.

Lead Assessor for the National Treasury’s Budget Facility for Infrastructure for mega infrastructure

mega-litres per day bulk water scheme.
