Lee-Anne Cupido is an accomplished public sector procurement leader with over a decade of experience in governance, and supply chain policy development. Currently serving as the Acting Director for Provincial Government Supply Chain Management at the Western Cape Provincial Treasury, Lee-Anne plays a pivotal role in transforming SCM practices through innovation, capacitation, and data-driven oversight. She has led several province-wide initiatives, including the development of the electronic procurement system, automated procurement planning toolkit and the rollout of SCM systems governance frameworks. With a background in Taxation and a passion for public value, she is deeply committed to driving compliance, efficiency, and sustainable procurement within the public sector.
