In this role, I am responsible for reviewing and issuing guidance on legislation, policy, norms, and standards related to Supply Chain Management and asset management. They also conduct compliance assessments in line with SCM regulations and laws for departments, providing well-informed recommendations to support accountability and efficiency. In addition, I respond to helpdesk enquiries, offering critical support to departments and public entities.
With over 10 years of experience in public sector governance and compliance, I have built expertise in Supply Chain Management, asset management, and regulatory compliance within the Provincial Government SCM unit. I hold a post graduate qualification in Internal Auditing and maintain professional membership as a Certified Internal Auditor with the Institute of Internal Auditors South Africa (IIA SA). My core strengths include interpreting public sector legislation, conducting policy analysis, performing compliance audits, and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders to support effective governance.
