She has covered the source to pay value chain, including the development and implementation of sourcing strategies, operating models, organization structures, and policies for South African Breweries, Gold Fields, Telkom, and Massmart (now Walmart).
Currently, she looks after the Procurement Operations Centre for Massmart to solve for an efficient Source to Pay value chain by holistically combining people, process and technology. With a dedicated and talented cross-functional team, we are leveraging Lean and Six Sigma tools to drive continuous improvement by eradicating waste, simplifying, streamlining and automating.
