Reginald Bent is currently employed at Hessequa Municipality as the Manager: SCM, Assets & Insurance. He has been in public service for over 20 years predominantly as a Public Procurement Specialist, Development Services Executive and an Officer in the South African Army (Rank: Captain)
He holds numerous qualifications, with Master’s Degrees in Leadership Coaching and Public Administration as well as a post-graduate degree in Military Science specializing in Organization and Resource Management.
Reginald Bent is considered a change agent employing a transformational systemic approach towards growth, continuous improvement, and organizational excellence to overcome volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity in Local Government.
