She was recognized as a Women Supply Chain Leader globally in GWSCL, an award that celebrates accomplished female executives and next-generation leaders who inspire and drive women\u2019s empowerment, equality, and excellence in the supply chain sector.<\/p>
During her time at Anglo American, where she held senior positions, including roles in Group Shared Services and Kumba Iron Ore, Larisha has successfully led and managed various teams and departments through setup, transition, and business process optimization. Her hard work and passion have consistently driven positive outcomes.<\/p>
